Build more New Orleans style buildings along that stretch of Indiana Ave
We all hope and recommend that Purdue is utilizing a world class design and planning firm for assistance in developing this piecemeal campus acquisition and development. Vertical square footage is not the only or best way to create a university.
This Vonnegut site has been restricted in access and expansion since the widening of Indiana Avenue and West Street years ago.
Good luck Purdue, you have some big challenges ahead of you!
I hope the museum learned from the Purdue Exponent and negotiated a better deal when it comes to independence.

Hopefully this iconic building will be preserved. The article doesn’t mention the buildings history, but it has a rich one. When Indiana Ave. was a beacon for jazz this building played a big part in it.
This sounds good!
I hope Purdue continues to expand
as they planned. It would be good for
Indianapolis and Purdue.
I could not agree more with Kevin’s comments. World class design is needed at both schools.
