  1. 6-3 decision coming up. Clarence “pull up the ladder behind me” will vote in Trump’s favor, as will Samuel “I only pay attention to clear Constitutional text when it suits me” Alito. If Trump offers Kavanaugh a few beers, he could have his vote…

    1. It’ll be 9-0 bc they’re making the dumbest argument possible with these so-called birth tourism claims. If there is one thing the Trump DoJ loves one thing, it’s looking like utter fools in a courtroom.

Also worth noting that Trump himself attended oral arguments, unprecedented in our history. Would pay good money for the look on his face when he loses 9-0

  2. Birth tourism is just a stalking horse for Republicans. The real issue for them is the resulting “chain immigration.” This is where relatives and family members of the wealthy birth tourists have a preference and can jump to the head of the line over those who are not wealthy, but are just waiting their turn in line to immigrate. That is one thing that the President and Congress could work togetheron to resolve. However, as that is a hot potato item for Democrats, there is no possiblity for anything actually being done by Congress.

    1. The problem is that they haven’t been able to show that “birth-tourism” is a real thing. How do you expect Congress to work on something that isn’t real.

    2. Trump also literally rolled out a program to allow wealthy immigrants to buy their citizenship so I’m not sure your point really holds muster.

    3. Michael N.

      Trump allows the wealthy citizenship
if they invest X amount of dollars in the U.S. to start businesses and create jobs.

And yes, the Hatfields and McCoys will not work together
