  1. With a normal functional government, the Governor would have just put in a request to FEMA AND it would not be headlines that he had to speak with the President and the President gave his OK.

The headline should have read “FEMA funds being withheld requiring OK from President”.

    1. You do know under the Stafford Act the President approves emergency disaster relief so this is normal right? I’m sure you commented the same when Biden approved correct?

    2. You do know Greg, it is a routine process for the President to approve disaster relief, and that Presidents do not threaten or actually withhold disaster relief, as this current chump has, because they have political beef or a sore ego.

No one cares about Biden who has been out of office for over a year and a half. We do care about the current President does and fails to do.

    3. The article just says Trump assured Braun aid will be provided, nothing about withholding it. I forgot facts and hypocrisy anger those on the left.

    4. Maybe I stayed this wrong, because it only required a butt-kissing call to the President.

    5. Trump assurances are worth about as much as a dollar at the grocery store these days

    6. Let’s tack on that this is a pitiful $5 million while Trump spends all night crying about not getting money for his golden turd ballroom and shovels $3 billion of taxpayer money into his son’s businesses and hides corruption.

This is a joke to Republicans. They want people to suffer. I don’t want to hear one word about your Biden Derangement Syndrome, Gregg. You people suck.

  2. Greg, I forget that any valid and truthful criticism of Trump is hilariously labeled as “hypocrisy” and a mistatement of facts by his dwindling fan club. Trump has withheld federal aid, by his own admission, (Google is free) based on political beef and a sore ego.

Also, it is equally funny that despite the fact that Trump has many critics within his own party, any criticism of him is portrayed as coming from the bogeyman of “the left.”

    1. And the Republicans kicked and screamed, claiming that Biden was doing it in North Carolina (he absolutely wasn’t) and then encourage vigilantes to screw up rescue efforts by flying aircraft into rescue zones without flight plans.

Republicans are TERRIBLE PEOPLE and it’s time we start calling them out as such.
