Dysfunction from the top down. Matters continue to deteriorate. Apparently, cleaning the swamp has proven unsuccessful. In fact, the swampmonsters in the administration have grown significantly but benefits to citizens, as promised and touted, have failed to materialize. Wars, invasions, assaults on the Bill of Rights, lies, misrepresentations, and to boot . . . high gas prices resulting primarily from misguided decisions. But We The People are told all is OK, going splendidly, and ahead of schedule. And some believe anything they are told. As Congress has essentially ceded its responsibility for fear of losing comfortable seats [and benefits] in a city they collectively profess to detest, the nation falters. This is certainly not great, not safe, not healthy and not wise.
