Indiana had a standard that let any transgendered kid compete if they could pass the medical tests if they didn’t have a medical advantage. That no kid was ever able to get through the testing during the nearly ten years it was there … should have been enough. But it somehow wasn’t.
A whole lot of energy and focus for a handful of kids, nationwide.
