What about Russian hackers?
Those are now referred to as “the good guys” by the person who happens to be the President of the United States. Just wait until they get ahold of the election infrastructure.
I don’t understand why over the years the U.S. hasn’t retaliated against China, Russia, and other countries for the hacking. They all know it’s going on and who’s doing it in their country. (Probably getting a cut of the extortion payments.) If the U.S. started shutting down electrical grids, banks, etc in those countries all this hacking would end in short order.
How would one know if something in Russia was hacked or it just failed due to being poorly designed and maintained?
Probably because the US is equally prolific at hacking and our grids, etc. are equally vulnerable.
