Jim Morris, now the vice chairman at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, has been a part of the Indianapolis sports strategy in one way or another for decades. IBJ Publisher Nate Feltman talks with Morris about that history and what the strategy has meant for the city and the state. The interview took place just before the NCAA began hosting its entire March Madness men’s basketball tournament in the city.
