    Unless and until the EV chargers are as plentiful at the gas pumps, automakers have little choice but to offer the hybrid versions as a transitional phase. Trump’s attempt to squash anything-and-everything electric is shortsighted.

    1. I suspect some of that pull back was because the president-elect was Trump. It was easy to see the sharpie on the wall.

  2. Read carefully. Light-duty cars and trucks are responsible for more than half of the U.S. greenhouse gases from transportation. Transportation generates 29% of US greenhouse gases with light-duty cars and trucks generating just over half. Light-duty cars and trucks generate 15% of U.S. greenhouse gases. Just to be clear on the impact.
