Tell the younger workers trying to enter the workforce and make a living that us senior workers should work longer and reduce the number of opportunities for them.

The world is fascinating and it’s on you if the only reason you can’t stay engaged, productive or “sharp” is to continue working in a job forever. If you have to for financial reasons, I get it. However, if you are financially able, retire and explore. The world is a great place.
