Tell the younger workers trying to enter the workforce and make a living that us senior workers should work longer and reduce the number of opportunities for them.

So, the only way to stay interested or interesting is to work in a job? Thats such a baby boomer mentality. The world is fascinating and it’s on you if the only reason you can’t stay engaged, productive or “sharp” is to continue working in a job forever. If you have to for financial reasons, I get it. However, if you are financially able, retire and explore. The world is a great place.
