  1. It is odd to me that all this concern about alcohol consumption happens to coincide with the rise of the pot industry. Gee, could it be that there is a connection??

    1. Yeah, it would be interesting to see a survey that asks the same sample about both pot and alcohol use.

      Without any data it’s hard to tell if pot use has increased since legalization (in those states where it’s legal, and probably also in states like Indiana where every adjacent state has legal pot too).

  2. Most folks don’t tell the truth on how much they drink. Each generation starts slow and increases over time, or vice versa.
    In the 1970’s we started smoking pot and quit drinking….but started back up with a vengeance. Ha!
    My bet is, The next survey will show an increase.
