You-review-it Monday: Broad Ripple Art Fair and more

When you can complain about the heat and no other weather problem at the Broad Ripple Art Fair, you know it was a good year. Serving on the jury this year meant taking a look at every booth–and then being sequestered inside for some pretty fierce debate. Unlike our fellows in D.C., however, we understood that compromise is part of the process. The true winners, of course, were those patrons who went home with art that they love. And those who got a chance to enjoy the Indianapolis Art Center and its grounds.

In other weekend activity, I completed the third leg of the Theban trilogy, "Antigone," at the Indianapolis Art Museum and caught a much newer theater piece, "Forever Sung," at the Phoenix Theatre.

What about you? What A&E did you get to this weekend?
