You-review-it Monday: ‘Sunday in the Park…’ and more

For me, the weekend included a glorious trip to Chicago on a beautiful Saturday to visit the Art Institute, tour the Tony-winning Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, and then see a transformative production of the Stephen Sondheim/James Lapine musical "Sunday in the Park with George."

More on specifics later.

Suffice it for now to say that it was wonderful not just seeing the show and the artwork that inspired it, but experiencing it all with such engaging, curious, interesting folks. (More info on future IBJ A&E Road Trips coming soon.)

In the meantime, tell me what you experienced this weekend. Did you get to the Heartland Film Festival (screenings of gala awards program)? Visit a Halloween horror atraction? Catch a concert?

What did you hear, see, read or otherwise experience this weekend?
