For five years, Indianapolis City Ballet’s packed-with-world-class-dancers “Evening with the Stars” benefit has been a highlight of the arts season in Indianapolis. It’s also that rare thing—an Indy arts event that could make snobby cultural folks in New York jealous.

Soon, those folks may have an opportunity to see what they’ve been missing.

At the Nov. 22 Clowes Hall event, ICB management plans to announce that its 2015 performance will be available for national broadcast on PBS. Further, its 2016 concert is looking to cinema and DVD distribution via Bel Air Media.

Past productions from the French production company include gala events from the Bolshoi Theatre and the Paris Opera.

This year’s "Evening with the Stars" event features New York City Ballet’s Gonzalo Garcia, American Ballet Theatre’s Marcelo Gomes, the Royal Ballet’s Melissa Hamilton, Dutch National Ballet Studio’s Veronika Verterich, and many more. Get the full lineup here
