Is Indy losing its status as a chain-restaurant darling? Another popular restaurant has closed, this time the Bonefish Grill in Avon.
Other area Bonefish Grill restaurants remain open. The concept is owned by Tampa-based OSI Restaurant Partners, which also has Outback, Carrabba’s and Cheeseburger in Paradise. Another Florida-based restaurant company, Darden Restaurants, decided in May to close several restaurants in Indiana, including Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones and Rocky River Grillhouse.
