Still under construction

A new headquarters for Gresk & Singleton Law Firm and Gresk Realty has been “coming soon” northwest of Delaware and 10th streets for the better part of two years. What gives? Blame the delays on design changes and a shoddy brick job that had to be torn down and redone, said Paul Gresk, a partner in both companies. He said the $1.7-million building should be completed in about 90 days. The contractor is locally based The Merge Group.
