Dunkin and PandaA shakeup continues for street-level retail on Washington Street downtown. Panda Express plans to close its store in the former Roselyn Bakery at Washington and Pennsylvania streets, and a deal is in the works to replace the Chinese chain with a Dunkin Donuts. If a deal is reached, the 2,000-square-foot restaurant would open early in 2008. Plans call for Dunkin to put its signature coffee mug on the iconic former Roselyn sign.
