More Mini-Medical Clinics Coming. A Tennessee-based company that operates small healthcare centers in nine states plans to open so-called Little Clinics in at least three local Kroger grocery stores. It filed plans this month to open the roughly 300-square-foot clinics within Kroger stores at 1330 W. Southport Road, 8150 Rockville Road, and 1217 South Rangeline Road. Kroger stores in Fishers, Greenwood and Westfield already have Little Clinics.

Construction has begun on a 9,000-square-foot expansion of the Fishers YMCA. The project includes a St. Vincent Physical Therapy Center, and expanded YMCA wellness center and Child Watch area and a non-denominational chapel. The facility is at 9012 E. 126th St.

St. Pius X Catholic Church at 7200 Sarto Drive. Adding about 3,700 square feet for a school building for kindegarten through 8th grade, and remodeling another 1,700 square feet.
