What wearer of wingtips hasn’t wanted to do something on Earth Day, but is hesitant to hang with the stereotypical Earthworshippers
who attend green events?

Sustain Indiana has a low-anxiety alternative in the form of its Green Ideas and
Network Event April 22. The 10 a.m. gathering at the Crowne Plaza at Union Station is geared toward business professionals,
students and the general public. Keynote speaker is David Forsell, executive director of Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Inc.
Panelists will include Cary Woods, from Indy Biosystems, and Jesse Kharbanda, from Hoosier Environmental Council.

Local businesses are being sought to register
as exhibitors to showcase their green/sustainable projects. Sponsors are Career Development Professionals
of Indiana and Direct Employers/JOBcentral.

The event is free but registration is required. Find more information at www. sustainindiana.org.
