Simon Property Group Inc. CEO David Simon has been named one of the world’s best CEOs by Toronto-based consultancy Brendan
Wood International.
Simon,
47, earned one of only 24 Top-Gun CEO designations given in the United States. The honor was voted on by 2,500 asset
managers representing $40 trillion in investment assets. The awards were based on companies’ positioning and strategy, along
with CEO accountability and communication with investors.
Other notable U.S. honorees include Apple CEO Steve Jobs, Indra Nooyi of Pepsi-Co, and Robert
Iger of Walt Disney Co.
