Gubernatorial, Senate debates planned for next month

The first debate of the gubernatorial race will be Oct. 10 at the Zionsville Performing Arts Center. The debate will be before a live audience with seating for 1,200.

Voters can submit questions for the candidates through the Indiana Debate Commission’s website. All debates, live and in-studio, begin at 7 p.m.

Gubernatorial candidates John Gregg and Mike Pence will also debate Oct. 17 at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center in South Bend and Oct. 25 from the studios of WFWA-TV, a PBS station in Fort Wayne.

Tentative dates for Senate candidates Andy Horning, Richard Mourdock and Joe Donnelly are Oct. 15 from the studios of WFYI in Indianapolis and Oct. 23 before a live audience in New Albany.
