A group of state officials is seeking advice from Indiana's ethics commission about potential conflicts of interest from new jobs and old relationships.

Gov. Mike Pence's policy Director Marilee Springer and Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner Michael Cline are both seeking clearance to take new jobs. Springer plans to return to work at the Indianapolis law firm Ice Miller. Cline is looking to join former Gov. Mitch Daniels at Purdue University.

Department of Child Services Director Mary Bonaventura is seeking guidance on whether a company owned by her former sister-in-law can continue contracting with the state.
