  1. The only arguments F1 teams can muster against Andretti are revenue based. It undermines the competitive element of racing, it should be a contest 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Instead the 10 teams see a passive revenue stream for everyone to share, in what appears to be some sort of “club”. The 20 car grid needs to expand in my opinion. I’d love to see a field of 30+ drivers no matter if there are independent constructors with a single car. The mature, multi-disciplined, seasoned Indy car drivers scare Formula One teams. This is what the team principals against Andretti are not saying. Because if you understand how money is made (and spent) in F1, you’d know they have a weak argument. I truly hope FIA allows the Andretti team onto the grid, with a Cadillac engine no less. How cool is that!

  2. I hope this happens. F1 prides itself on being a global sport but there is very little representation within the enterprise outside of Europe and Asia.
