  1. Jordan is already a bomb throwing disaster in motion . He has wanted to blow the House up since before he got there . Are republicans really going to give him the launch button gavel.

    1. Great analogy! Exactly why he’s needed. The House needs to be blown to smithereens.

The more the Establishment hates certain candidates, the more obvious it is that they’re the right ones for the job.

It’s hard to know from what orifice those journos pulled out the Ohio State wrestling “scandal”, but it’s pretty obvious they had to dig deep. If their publications fold in the next few years (quite likely), they can always find a lucrative second career as proctologists.

    2. The well documented sexual assaults that he covered up and the university settled out of court is…. something you dig deep for?

Jim Jordan still publicly states the 2020 election was fraudulent – but seems confused since mostly only republicans have been put in jail for election fraud since then :/

    3. Matthew – what Lauren conveniently forgets is that the same person who claimed the 2020 election was fraudulent (before it happened, no less) claimed the 2016 election was fraudulent (also before it happened).

After said person won that 2016 election, he still convened a group to look into the purported election fraud … in an election he won … a group that quietly disbanded after, you guessed it, finding no fraud.

I mean, there was fraud. A bunch of states sent along these alternate electors despite knowing better and this crackpot lawyer tried to cook up a scenario in which the Vice President of the United States would accept the other electors and change the outcome. Boy, talk about fraud.

It’s almost as though they considered themselves the New Establishment and wanted to install themselves as a new corrupt uniparty.

  2. If I were the Democrats I would nominate Adam Kinzinger for chair grab 6 votes and co-chairs on every committee and 50/50 splits on every committee and take the House out of the preschool caucus.

    1. A fantastic idea! And Liz Cheney as backup.

Further reinforcing that it’s a corrupt uniparty, and fundamentally, for about 60% of Congress, having an “R” or “D” by their name means less to them than the make-up they use under the camera’s bright lights. They just pantomime as an R or D to help dupe constituents who vote reflexively for one or the other.
