Transportation there is not remotely the issue. Maybe the “organization” that crawled out of the woodwork to delay vacating the Fountain Square camp can provide rides. The real question is; will the vagrants actually use the facility and stay there
Like with other shelters, occupancy will depend on the “price” of admission. If it is a low barrier then many who will not go to shelters with expectations for behavior will go there. Private weather forecasters are saying we will be in for a brutal winter with ice, snow and a polar vortex or two so it may get some use.
