  1. I can’t imagine that Google Exec sitting there with a straight face saying they have plenty of competition. The problem is that in our early efforts to let tech run free a few big companies now control everything we see and read. It seems too late unless they break them all up at once and how would you ever do that? This is all just fluff to make us think they (politicians) really care about this. If they had they would have done something years go when it was still possible. I applaud the few big tech companies that dominate their market. They were better than the others, but something must be done. You can’t let Google, a private company control 90% of search and their political leanings should matter to no one regarding this issue. The internet is for all of us and should not be controlled by a few dominate players or the government.
