All sounds fishy to me. Could the mayor’s recent announcement of each council district receiving $1M to spend how they wanted, being hung over their heads without removing Paul-Hart from minority leader?
It’s not recent – they got those funds last year. I was shocked when Hart (jointly) came out with those two policies coming from across the aisle but it’s not a bad policy idea. However, I knew his partisan peers would not like it and is being removed because of it. Leaders get voted out, just part of the cycle.
