School 68 is at 2105 N Riley Ave, not 120 E Walnut (which is the IPS admin building).
The sheer cost of remediating that building is going to be a huge burden on any other use. Mold, a boiler system that needs demolished, no a/c, lead water pipes. You name it. This is a total gut rehab for any new owner or tenant. Good luck.
But the sale price on the open market is much higher than a dollar. I want my taxes refunded.
Overpriced!! I’m offering 50 cent
Sounds like a great hoemless HUB .
