  1. He has to somehow 5x the annual profit in 12 months to make his first loan payment – or he will have to further leverage Tesla shares or bring in even more investors….

I would say Twitter will not exist in 3 years and it will bring tesla down with it

    1. He’s gotten rich and famous people to give him free content on his platform, making it way more valuable. Someone explain to me how his changes aren’t going to jeopardize that.

    2. JJ, my guess he “improves” the platform then dumps it to another tech company. In 3 years it will be absorbed into something else. The employees and board (lack there of) can’t stop him. I can’t see Tesla going down with this deal.

    3. Wait until places where he wants to or does sell lots of cars want information on dissidents using Twitter.

  2. He’s just going to burn it down. What a joke. Crypto? Web3? Those are literal nonsensical buzzwords to make other rich idiots throw money at them – see how well actually trying to do those things worked for Facebook (down over 50% this year).

    1. Well, Zuckerberg really doesn’t care much about FB – all he is focused upon is VR/AR (Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality).
