  1. Is it just me or .. does it seem rather backwards to be advocating for federal antitrust protection when you can’t clearly articulate what you’d do with it?

    I think the current state of college sports can definitely be improved, but changing the power dynamic back to “colleges have all the power, and trust us to be fair” like it was before NIL just brings back all the problems.
