  1. The Murat has a seating of 2,500 and this will be 4,000. Can someone give me an example of someone that would come to the city for an additional 1,500 seats? Then the lawn is 7,500. What would go to this vs the other 2 downtown venue?

    1. The Mission Ballroom in Denver is a 4,000 standing room capacity venue. Look at their calendar of events to get an idea. Basically the same kind of acts that would come through Everwise or Old National could also come here.

  2. Just hope the Simon’s don’t pull the same thing they did with Washington Square, Lafayette Square and the downtown Mall.

Seems to me they have some responsibility to the city to clean up the mess they made with these properties before investing tax money and tax abatement.

    1. They sold those properties and no longer have responsibilities for them. Hendricks bought and will do wonders with the CC Mall properties.
