Oh, no! How will the dims ever win if they can’t ship millions of illegal aliens to different locations to stack the vote?
Oh HA HA, Indiana, and lots of Republicans states will lose out when we don’t count immigrants. Lots of federal dollars are allocated based on population. Texas could even lose house seats. So places like Texas will fight tooth and nail in the courts to keep this from happening.
Excluding Immigrants will just be another court fight. The constitution says count “all people”. Lots of cities and states will stand up to fight this. Even Indianapolis will lose out if immigrants are not counted.
You just can’t fix stupid, but hey, if it makes people forget about Epstein, etc… keep stirring the pot.

Using your reasoning, the answer is yes. Lucky for you, some parts of the country seem to share this goofball logic, though it isn’t working well for them… They can’t stack the headcount with illegals as fast as the locals are leaving.
The consitution also gives the president the power to remove illegals under certain conditions as well. So it would seem there’s a contradiction here. Why be able to count non citizens for representation and at the same time call them illegal and have the ability to remove the very people you counted in the census? Sounds backwards to me.
