The clock is ticking until the first accident between a gold cart and a pedestrian and/or kid on a bike. Who will the Mayor and council point at then?
I was a jogger for over 40 years and just encounters with bicycles flying by on trails caused dangerous near misses. Now Westfield is putting golf carts and pedestrians on the same path. I hate predicting serious injury but there is a high probability that a serious accident will happen. The Mayor and the City Councilman who voted for this will be responsible. Where has common sense gone?
