  1. I’m writing to request if IBJ could seek clarification from the Indiana State Fair for their selection process for the Indiana Distillery of the Year award at the 2025 Indiana State Fair Wine & Spirits Competition.

    I’m sure Circle City Whiskey Company’s products are deserving of recognition, the quality of their spirits is not in question. However, it does seem unusual for the State Fair to name a company “Distillery of the Year” when they are not presently distilling their own spirits.
