Dozens of people are expected to gather on Monument Circle at 7 p.m. Friday evening to memorialize the motorcyclist killed
in a collision last week with a police officer. Eric Wells, 30, was killed and two others were badly hurt when Indianapolis
police officer David Bisard crashed into them with his cruiser. A test showed Bisard had a blood-alcohol level more than twice
the legal limit. He faces a long list of charges including reckless homicide.
