    Say, how about …galvanizing the voices of the streets into becoming responsible young men? You know, staying in school, being gainfully employed, marrying their girl friends before impregnating them, etc, etc.,….or are those concepts too old-fashioned to discuss, much less address today’s problems?

    1. My sentiments exactly, Bob P. Perpetrator accountability is never part of the movement. The Black community must do the hard work of healing itself to effect the issues you delineated above.
