Residents of a Lebanon neighborhood are being asked to evacuate their homes for the second time in a week due to a gas leak. Construction workers hit a gas main about 9 a.m. Tuesday near the Chadwick Village at 250 North and Elm Swamp Road. Crews are working to cap the leak. More than 50 homes in the neighborhood were evacuated for several hours last Tuesday.
