Attorney General Greg Zoeller announced the consent judgment with the Little Nashville Opry on Friday.
Zoeller filed a lawsuit against Little Nashville Enterprises Inc. in July 2010 on behalf of consumers seeking refunds ranging from $48 to $2,066. The attorney general said the company violated state law by failing to obtain a legally required entertainment permit.
Zoeller says the company has agreed to pay $10,000 immediately and the balance within one year. Payments will be made to the attorney general's office, which will distribute the funds to consumers on a pro-rated basis.
