This house in Washington Township looks like the type of home you might see a family on TV living in.
Built in 1969, it has a traditional American style with a wrought iron fence. We’re big fans of the bay and bow windows throughout the home.
At 7,114 square feet, it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. And each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
On nearly half an acre, the property is scenic for a neighborhood and has a gunite pool and hot tub. The backyard offers plenty of space for entertaining.
Perhaps our favorite room of the house is the sunroom which has windows on all sides and a door that leads you to the pool and hot tub.
The house also has a fully finished walkout basement with a bar. And a workout room upstairs has a door that leads you to a small rooftop deck.
In addition to a family room, the home also has a living room and formal dining room. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, stainless steel appliances and an island and breakfast bar with room to eat at.
