  1. Just when we need to expand and fully fund vouchers, the senate kowtows to the public school lobbyists. Home owners who pay taxes should be eligible for vouchers for private and home school situations, no matter there income. If the public schools are the best product they will have no issues maintaining numbers and funding. What is it they fear?
