Subscribe NowA Wind Chill Advisory was issued Monday by the National Weather Service in Indianapolis in preparation for the coldest temperatures in central Indiana in two years. Wind chills of 10 degrees to 20 degrees below zero are expected Monday night through midday Tuesday. Actual temperatures could drop to 5 degrees above zero. Such cold temperatures mixed with the strong winds can result in frostbite and hypothermia.
