A Hamilton County doctor is under investigation for allegedly over-prescribing medication that may have led to the deaths of four patients, according to records released Monday by Drug Enforcement Administration agents. The DEA raided the office of Dr. Jeffery E. Boone, at 10th and North streets in Noblesville, last week. One patient accused Boone of exchanging drugs for sex. Authorities haven’t charged Boone or terminated his medical license.
