Hundreds of Indianapolis students were stuck at school late Tuesday after 25 buses failed inspection in the middle of the day. The vehicles, operated by A & S Transportation, serve Emma Donnan Middle School, Howe High School and Manual High School. Each school is managed by Charter Schools USA.
