6 thoughts on “Pelosi to step down from House leadership, stay in Congress

  1. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

“Having done the people’s work” indeed. AP didn’t identify just what people she has been working for…primarily the uber-wealthy George Soros types hell-bent on taking down America and turning it into a socialist hell-hole.

And this line: “Paul Pelosi suffered a fractured skull after an intruder broke into their home in the middle of the night seeking the Democratic leader. The intruder’s question—“Where is Nancy?”—echoed the chants of the pro-Trump rioters at the Capitol as they hunted for Pelosi and tried to stop Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s election victory over Trump.”

What the hell does Trump have to do with this? But trust AP to never, ever, miss a chance to denigrate President Donald Trump, no matter how ridiculous the stretch.

    1. Exactly. The Associated Press is basically devolving into the equivalent of Gateway Pundit with this trash article. Nancy Pelosi deserves better, and that’s saying something. This is two-bit propaganda at its finest. Journalistic ethics are completely thrown out the window. Exactly why they’re leading the country to an obvious Civil War.

The Pelosis have routinely faced people defacing their property, standing outside banging pots and pans, trying to break in. They’ve all been left wing. I mean, this is San Francisco. Not exactly MAGA country.

Do we want to ask the neo-Nazi NBC reporter Miguel Almaguer why he was suspended and his article retracted? You know, the one that made it clear that a) Mark DePape was about as leftist as all the other Pelosi home invaders and b) Paul Pelosi clearly had–um—complicated relations with the guy which explains why he initially told the police “never mind–you can leave”.

Everybody knows, except those seeking to remain gaslit, that Almaguer was providing an all-too-rare example of a journalist reporting the facts as he saw them. This is not a reporter with even a trace of right-wing activism in his history. The truth was damaging for the party that controls the media, as it routinely is. You’re supposed to punch UP, journos. And that means you too, AP.

    2. Lauren, it’s scary how brainwashed you are. Do you get your information from social media or right-wing websites? Almost everything you posted is false. The assault suspect has a history of posting right-wing propaganda on Facebook. I mean his name is also David, not Mark. If you’re going to post a long comment filled with misinformation, at least get the person’s name right lol.

  2. No surprise that angry, fascist, readers would pile on a well-respected Speaker of the House. Get a life.
Surprised we don’t see any misogynistic comments, but it’s early.

    1. It’s scary how brainwashed they are. They post complaining about every single article that mentions politics on here and rant about the reporting. If you believe every reporter in America is conspiring to report fake news, you should seek out psychiatric care.

  3. I still have fond memories of her ripping up trump’s state of the union address after he spent the entire time lying. It was classic and made me respect her all the more!
