Subscribe NowThe Indianapolis Department of Public Safety has reached an agreement with the landlord of the troubled Regional Operations Center, which the department vacated in September over safety concerns. Under the new agreement, many of the outstanding “punch-list” items at the building at 201 N. Shadeland Ave. will be repaired to alleviate safety concerns. About 150 department employees are expected to return to the building within 60 days. The city has a 20-year, $20 million lease for the space.
