Brown County.
Investigators announced their findings during a Monday morning news conference in Nashville, nine
days after the fire.
Wayne Dixie of the federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms said the fire was intentionally
set and started near the stage area. No one was immediately blamed for the arson and Dixie asked that anyone with information
to contact investigators.
The fire broke out the night of Sept. 19 hours after a concert finished at the hall,
which opened in 1975. No injuries were reported.
