Founder
Revely

Ira Maher founded his marketing company, Revely, in March 2023 because, “I love people and strategy.” The company works with marketers, brands and business leaders, and Maher describes his role as “building relationships with our clients and providing my colleagues a supportive, inspirational and empowering workplace.” Revely received Salesforce certified partner firm recognition in 2023 and Salesforce sales champion recognition in 2024. “My job provides me the opportunity to spend focused time with business leaders, from startups to the Fortune 500, supporting [and] helping them navigate the future of their business,” he said. “The energy of that pursuit of the future is infectious and inspiring.” Earlier in his career, Maher was a member of the company leadership team at The Basement, where he was responsible for growth initiatives that earned the firm Inc. 5000 and IBJ Fast 25 honors, and he has served on the Newfields board for 10 years.

Getting here: Maher started in the marketing services industry while in college. In 2013, the firm he worked for at the time, Three Sixty Group, won the ExactTarget account one month before it was acquired by Salesforce. “That billon-dollar transaction inspired me to explore paths to align my career to digital marketing,” he said. He went to The Basement, where he was responsible for building new service lines. Then, in 2023, a friend suggested that Maher go out on his own. “I contacted my attorney that afternoon and filed the paperwork to start Revely.”

First job: babysitting and cutting grass in Butler Tarkington, where he grew up

Givebacks: board member, Newfields and The Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts; member, Penrod Society and the Indiana Sports Corp. 2026 Men’s Final Four local organizing committee

Lesson learned: “I find a tremendous amount of joy in watching my colleagues succeed.”•
