Gray's attorney says the decision exonerates his client, who was arrested last summer and charged with obstruction of justice amid allegations that he took public funds for personal use. Special Prosecutor Dan Sigler dismissed the case in February due to insufficient evidence, but Hancock County authorities were seeking a new probe.
