A Marion County sheriff’s deputy was arrested early Friday for allegedly driving while intoxicated in a construction zone. Matthew Milharcic, 58, of Avon, was pulled over in an unmarked department vehicle on County Road 100 North in Hendricks County at about 1:30 a.m. Officials said Milharcic had a 0.21 blood-alcohol level, nearly three times the legal limit.
