Fort Wayne ad agency hangs shingle in Indy

Fort Wayne-based advertising/PR firm Asher Agency has opened an Indianapolis office, at 255 N. Alabama St., in the Lockerbie Commons Firehouse.

The new office is headed by Margaret Davidson, a former partner and vice president at MZD Advertising. Davidson, who is vice president of strategic development, also worked as chief marketing officer of the Indiana State Fair.

Asher’s clients include Subway, Fort Wayne International Airport, the state of Indiana and Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana.

Asher’s other offices are in Atlanta; Cary, N.C.; Lexington, Ky.; and Oklahoma City. The 60-employee agency also is opening an office in Charleston, W. Va.
