  1. How do the unions escape the layoffs??

    EV parts manufacturers and assemblers only require 1/3 the number of
    workers that the gasoline engines do??

    1. They can’t escape it. I only see the senior guys (10-20+ years of experience) and advanced tech employees thriving in the industry. Anyone else is too old (buy out deals) or too young (easy to lay off).
